I tried this, never got a response back, but finally after three weeks, CW finally got the appraisal ordered. We moved from our home due to family problems, relocated, was paying two house payments til I could pay no more! Been working with CW since Dec 2007 on a shortsale. I am now three months behind on mortgage payments, waiting to see if CW will accept the current offer. I can't begin to express how frustrating this whole process is! Still hoping to talk to ny negotiator. My negotiator is Dana Reyes, anyone worked with this person before? |
