Contacting your Countrywide Negotiator

I advise everyone to include in their hardship letters that thier case will be profiled on a public website caled www.LoanSafe.org and www.LoanWorkout.org and that you have a watchdog ie: Moe, that will expose any abuse and BS.

Can we get a 3rd negotiator and maybe a 4th???? Gee whiz. Way to hang in there sswiz. What are we on now, 4 months now?

Re: Contacting your Countrywide Negotiator

Nope. They said we qualify for that loan. I also posted my story "Countrywide Home Loans have no passion for their customers."

Re: Contacting your Countrywide Negotiator

Great idea. I tried this, never got a response back, but finally after three weeks, Countrywide Home Loans finally got the appraisal ordered. We moved from our home due to family problems, relocated, was paying two house payments til I could pay no more! Been working with CW since Dec 2007 on a shortsale. I am now three months behind on mortgage payments, waiting to see if CW will accept the current offer. I can't begin to express how frustrating this whole process is! Still hoping to talk to ny negotiator. My negotiator is Dana Reyes, anyone worked with this person before?
