Contacting your Countrywide Negotiator

I advise everyone to include in their hardship letters that thier case will be profiled on a public website caled www.LoanSafe.org and www.LoanWorkout.org and that you have a watchdog ie: Moe, that will expose any abuse and BS.

Can we get a 3rd negotiator and maybe a 4th???? Gee whiz. Way to hang in there sswiz. What are we on now, 4 months now?

Nope. They said we qualify for that loan. I also posted my story "CW have no passion for their customers."

Re: Contacting your Countrywide Negotiator

Great idea. I tried this, never got a response back, but finally after three weeks, CW finally got the appraisal ordered. We moved from our home due to family problems, relocated, was paying two house payments til I could pay no more! Been working with CW since Dec 2007 on a shortsale. I am now three months behind on mortgage payments, waiting to see if CW will accept the current offer. I can't begin to express how frustrating this whole process is! Still hoping to talk to ny negotiator. My negotiator is Dana Reyes, anyone worked with this person before?
