Somebody at Countrywide listened

I have 2 investment properties that have become too much for me. As we all know investment properties are low on the totem poll of Countrywide's priority list. I have called and written to everyone at Countrywide that I could think of including the list I found on this website.
I never thought anyone gave a flying flip. BUT today, I got a call from the assistant to the president. (I wrote him too.) We talked for almost an hour and she was informative, polite and listened. We discussed deed in lieu, foreclosure and short sales. She is going to find out what my options are and get back to me in two days. Maybe something will come of this or maybe it won't but I was just so happy to have someone at Countrywide tell me the truth and listen to me. To be continued................
