Mortgage payment reversal? BAC

Hi,

I haven't posted in a while - I've mainly been lurking

. We have been on a trial modification with BAC since November of 2009 & we've made 8 payments so far! Everytime I call to speak with customer advocacy dept they say that there's no new updates, that our file is in underwriting & to continue making the trial payments. Our negotiator is Kimberly Kramer, and although she's not very reponsive at all, she's been quite friendly & nice to deal with. She has told us repeatedly that our file is in underwriting & should get approved soon. At the end of March we were told that the file was being escalated & an underwriter would be calling "soon" - but we never received a phone call.

Today when I logged into our account online - it appears that they reversed some of the trial payments - is this a bad sign???

I am not 100% sure what is going on, but these reversals were from 6,7, and 8 of 2009. According to HAMP guidelines, once they have enough in the Partial/balance (trials payments you made) to cover 1 full regular payment, they are supposed to take it from your partial balance to apply it to principal, interest, and escrow. Maybe that is what they did.

Moe - that's what I thought at first, but when I looked back through, they had already done that previously (just about every month). Plus on 6/4 - they show 3 or 4 payment reversals, it's never said that before.
