My husband was sick last year with cancer and we got behind on payments and home went into foreclosure. Things are better now on that end and we have been making double payments until we get caught up on mortgage. However,
CW consistently each month credits our payments to another person's account and I have to spend several hours a month trying to straighten this out. I call with the Western Union control number when I pay our mortgage. Then a week later, the calls begin inquiring "where is the payment?" and round and round and round we go.
Please alert everyone to this tactic of
CW's. Now that is DISGUSTING.....crediting my payment to the wrong account CONSISTENTLY and harassing ME because they goofed up!
