I did just get a call from CW offering to take my pay option arm on investor property to 3.5, 4.5, then 5.5 in the third year, int only, no neg am..seems good to me...surprised they are being that aggressive but, hey, it works...
Good for you...... We are aware that CW sent out and are calling 30k of their customers who are with certain investors that have given the o.k. to modifiy their loans..............I guess you were one of the lucky ones...
