How do I deal with my negotiator?

Today I received the name and the phone number of my negotiator from BofA (finally). Now what do I do? When I call my negotiator, what can I expect from that conversation? Will she ask me to send in more documents, hardship, etc, or will the conversation be completely different? What can I expect from the first phone conversation? I want to be totally prepared. Any advice?

How did you get your negotiator's #? They won't give me my negotiator's #. They finally gave me his name! But they said they are not allowed to give me his #!!! They did offer to email him to request that he call me and that was last week.

I was very suprised too! The person who called from BofA gave me the name of my negotiator and their number. Once again, one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Keep trying.

Be prepared to go over all income and expenses and i mean all. Wright it down so you have everything right in front of you and always take a couple of seconds before you answer them back. Make sure that you ask if there is anything else they need also if anything should be updated get ready to send it A.S.A.P like right now. So if there is anything that is gonna be 30-days past then have that doc ready to send. Most of all don't believe anything they say. Good luck
