Does anyone know how good, or not, BoA is about canceling sale dates?

are you referring to them cancelling them because you worked out something with them, are you using NACA? Give a bit more details so we all here can help u.

We are working on a mod but we have a scheduled sale date of 1/5/10. We are not working with NACA. We are getting conflicting information as to when the sale will be postponed. The most recent information we got was that they will not postpone until five days before which, for us is right between to major holidays. I guess I'm wondering if I should start packing.
Five days is what they told me too. Now - do I trust BofA??? Since they can't even keep their stories straight when you call them, I'm afraid that even if someone approved the delay, it would somehow slip through the cracks.
Once we sent in our signed mod trial papers they postponed the sale after continuious phone calls to our negotiator. She actually postponed it 3 times by calling Recontrust and Recontrust was slow about doing it but it finally got done about 10 days prior to the sale date.
They CAN do it anytime they want. I think in my case anyway, Recontrust was the holdup and not doing THEIR job.

That is exactly what we are afraid of. It's especially worrysome for us because it's the holiday season. I guess we'll pack just in case and spend a lot more time on the phone with BoA.
they are pretty good...i've gotten it to delay around 3 times now through naca ...but this time there is no sale date anymore...I don't know what's going on
