UPDATE:
Most of the info is "subject to a temporary protective order".
While most of the info is on Florida-- I did notice there was info on the "national level" concerning the lawsuit against
CW.
This will take some studying--- anyone up for the challenge?
Here is the email to me from the Florida Atty General.
They attached 4 different documents.
I will try to attach these docs here.

The information sought is subject to a temporary protective order issued by Judge Henning in Broward Circuit Court on September 14, 2009. A one page summary on each report is not subject to the order and is being provided in response to your public records request. Thank you from contacting the Attorney General's Office.

INTERNET MESSAGE RECEIVED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE ON 12/01/2009
Subject: PUBLIC RECORD REQUEST/ Countrywide Settlement
I am requesting a list of people who received a settlement from
Countrywide/Bank of America regarding Pay Option Arms or other predatory loans.
I was not included in this because of the "origination" of the
loan--despite the fact that Countrywide had my loan on the SAME day as closing.
Please let me know if there is a cost for this. Thank you very much and I look forward to finding out how many people received a settlement from Countrywide/Bank of America and what kind of settlement was received.
Sincerely,
