What does this Mean now from BOA

Hello I spoke with my negotiator he said that under writing is finished with there part. Now it is going to manager approval???
What can I expect next?? any insight I am waiting on MHA approval..

After the managers approval your case will more than likely go to the investor for final decision. Fom there you should have an answer within a month or so..

Thanks for the reply.. What happens if the investor says no?? Is it a good thing that it has got this far ??? I still don't know why they didn't honor my first Loan Mod??
Will they offer me any other options if I get declined??

It is great that you have made it this far, many get denied before their case can even make it to the final stages. If the investor happens to deny your request you can always reapply for another modification. Lets say you have been denied for the MHA program, you can always resubmit your information to BofA and let them know you want to apply for a regular in-house modification. It is pretty much the same as the MHA programs except there is not as many strict guidelines and no trial period or forbearance will be required..
