On my most recent statement it says an escrow account has been opened (never had one before) and so far my home insurance has been paid in full by BAC. Property taxes are set to be paid on 11/30. I have been working with OOP since September 1st and have been assigned sr. negotiator Jessica Gedang. I haven't made a mortgage payment since July due to unemployment. I have been told by Jessica that I'm approved for MHA, but haven't received anything concrete. I'm hoping due the opening of the impound that I will receive documents soon. Any words of wisdom out there? Best of luck to all on this forum. jaegrlz |
