Why can I not log into my account online?

My loan was with CW now BOA. When I try to log into my account online to check the status of my loan mod it tells me that my account is not available to view online?
Is there a number I am suppose to call to have that set up?
Any help is appreciated? Thanks!

this is what I get.... It's more than I have gotten before, so I guess I will check back Monday:

Odd. If you were with Countrywide before the merger, go to: Countrywide Financial

When I log on the home page with my user name, it tells me it is not recognized and I have to enter it again. After I get through the username and password.
Then click on My home loans in the left hand column.
Then "workout information" under Financial Hardship in the left hand column.

This is what I see. It is not right and hasn't been for months.
