I called BofA and found out my negotiator is Jeffrey Kulpinski at 1888-325-6430, ext. 39507. Anyone else has the same negotiator? I wasn't able to reach him yet but I spoke with someone else who seems like he knows what he's saying. He said estimated date for my Fedex to come is December 3rd and I should still make more trial payments. He said BofA trying to process more MHA loan modifications. I asked about my second loan and he told me the first has to be permanently modified until the second can be looked at. Both loans are now with BofA. Is it true??? |

Anyway, I called and left a message for my negotiator and of course- NO RESPONSE!!! So, I tried sending him a message via Facebook and he replied within one hour!!!! I asked: "Are you working for BofA? I have a question to ask." He replied: 'Who are you?" I haven't replied back yet.....:-) I guess our negotiator busy on Facebook while at work! |

New Updates: - My negotiator called me and asked for the same documents again (pay stubs, 2 most recent bank statements, 4506T form, 2008 signed tax returns, utility bills). I just faxed it over last night. Will call him today to check the status. - There was a person from Titanium Company knocking my door last night at 7 pm to confirm I am living in my house. She left 2 advertisement-like letters in front of my door so I thought she was a scam, but turned out she had my account number and everything. - One question, my husband's coworker- his wife was having a baby so he was on paternal leave for a few weeks. This is why my husband was asked to work 2 hours OT everyday for the last 2 weeks. This is not long term as his coworker will be back next Monday. If I fax the OT paychecks, will they calculate our gross income based on that? I faxed 4 weekly paychecks up to October 22nd only, and not the 2 most recent ones as I am afraid it will screw everything up. If they persistently want the most recent, then I'll fax then. What do you think? I will continue to keep you all updated. Thank you! |

Today, he called me back to confirm he got all my documents and will process them asap. He also tried to answer my questions and was honest to admit that he does not know exactly how the second will work yet as this whole thing was so new. "We kind of get answers as we go along," according to him- about the bank. I should expect the permanent package within 30 days. And of course, continue to make trial payments until then. I don't believe anything until I have the permanent paperwork in hand though. Again, thank you. This website has helped keeping me sane during this insanity nightmare. |

Today I received a Fedex requesting the 4506T and my 2008 tax return again. They said I failed to submit these documents and they are nice to give me a one-time extension until December 31st. WTF???? I swear I faxed these 2 documents and all other documents >10 times, to say the least!!!! Well, I sent them again using the provided Fedex package but I am pissed. Left my negotiator a voice mail. Why do they do this? Now, I have to wait until next year and may finally get denied!!!! I'm so angry right now. |
