Received Signed HAMP docs! - Loan Modification Forum

Finally, three full months after we sent in the signed documents for the HAMP trial modification, today we received our copy back, signed by Bank of America! I've been on edge these three months, waiting to get those back, since I was a dummy and forgot to copy them before sending them back.

Does this mean we're in the last steps? We've now made four trial payments as of Oct 30 (which, coincidentally is also the date they signed the docs)?

I don't know what it means but I think you're the first one I've seen that actually got a signed copy returned. I can only speculate that is a good sign (I hope so!).
