Documents survey.... - Loan Modification Forum

Just for fun (not), I would be curious to see where folks stand...

If you have been verbally "approved" for a modification, but have not yet received your documents via FEDEX or whatever, please post how many days it has been since approval. I would interested to see the (in) consistency of the modification process.

Yep, about once a week.

Apparently the department that is charged with finalizing and sending out the documents is a little backed up....

Verbal on 7/21/9 that we qualify and documents would be sent.
10/31/2009 no documents. BOA does not know when they will arrive and will not give me the name of a document preparer.

I would file a complaint with the BBB and your state atty general..

I got a verbal that I am "pre-approved" whatever that means! It's been about a week and half and I was told to wait for FedEx. Who will come first... the FedEx man or Santa Claus?
