Trial Payment Posting?

I skipped Augusts payment (was due by 8/16 and did not get trial mod paper work til 9/11) I did not pay September as that was the month I was instructed not to pay anymore (got mod paper work on 9/11 and send back 9/12 and made first mod payment at end of September for 10/1) I logged into our account and had a few questions:

1) Is any of what I am paying applied to my loan? It does not seem to be changing.

2) It appears as if my escrow" account is almost $400 negative ($310 of that comes out of escrow for PMI..so I assuming since paying "partial payments" this is not being applied to that as well?)

Now that I am looking..it makes me nervous. I know we are not supposed to go by what it says here.....only to follow trial payments....

Are none of these payments going onto my account? As if I never made them? It says I am past due of like $3,300+. Is this going to be added to the back of my loan? I only missed one payment before trial started. I would hate to see these payments not going towards anything and then them adding in like $4k to my loan!!

When I do the math...we missed August and when we were going to pay Sept we got the trial package so I am assuming that against us as well. So, that equals $3,387 which is exactly what they say we are past due.

Mine looks even worse than yours as I have 4 unapplied trial period payments and an escrow shortage due to their paying my property taxes a few days ago.

The trial mod docs state that as soon as they have enough in the suspense fund to make a full payment that they're supposed to yet they're not doing it.
