Of course they collected the $535 in fees and had lowball scumbag Landsafe come out. Despite the lowball appraisal I was told everything was fine. The weeks and months passed. No one returned my calls or emails. Finally got a call in early Sept that closing would be in a couple weeks. Nothing. After calling and emialing I finally got a letter on OCt 28 saying the loan was denied excuse was due to collateral -condition of property. BOA is the lowest of the low. Stringing people out for 6 months or more. Meanwhile me credit card balances pile up. They weren't paid off. |
