I went 3 months before she would return my calls (august) and not been able to speak to her since Aug., oh yeah she called this week but I missed her by 3 minutes, I called right back but she was "not available" so it has been almost 3 months again since we spoke. Some people have better luck calling their negotiator or getting e-mail responses but mine is useless on both but my last call to b of A they said I was approved for the Countrywide AG Settlement Mod (CA) Nationwide Homeowner Retention program Mod. Bottom line, call your negotiator but don't expect much 'customer service" good luck |

I needed that middle initial in her e mail to work. Melissa.a.henderson@bankofamerica.com. She called me first thing in the morning the next day after i sent the e mail. First thing she said to me on the phone is "I dont communicate by e mail", but Hey it got her attention and got me a phone call from her!!! Have you tried typing the name of your negotiator in the search box that is about 4 inches from the top of the loansafe pages where you post replies? You have to click on it first, then it gives you the option to type in your negotiators name. After you typer her name in you also need to click on the "search posts" option. It's worth a shot....maybe someone else has posted her e mail address.
