How to correct credit reporting? How to remove delinquency?

The credit report shows delinquent by BAC Home Loans SERV LP:
Loan Type: Conventional Real Estate MTG
Maximum delinquency of 60 days occurred in 08/2009 for $3261
Estimated date that item will be removed: 06/2016

I was not late when Special forbearance offered. Plus Special forbearance agreement said, “BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP will NOT report the status of your loan to any respective credit reporting agency during the Deferred Payment Period provided”. When Deferred Payment Period was over, I kept making the same payment until permanent loan modification offered. Trial period was three month, but I made five payments before permanent loan modification offered.

when was your last trial mod payment? when did you start?

Trial payment was from May to July 09 and i made August and September 09 as well.

You will need to dispute the late directly with the credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian & Trans Union).

I am guessing that they are reporting the amount of your regular payment less the trial payments that you sent - that is just my guess -

You could contact them (BAC) and go to annualcreditreport.com and review all three of your credit reports and dispute them via the online directory. You are allowed now by the fed to view all three reports once a year for free.
