Negotiator sent proposal to Investers - Loan Modification Forum

Finally! This is the furthest we've gotten in the process so far. Been through 4 negotitators till now. Send countless faxes, etc. Frustrating process. Wonder how long till we hear something back. Apparently our Negotiator sent the proposal Wednesday (although I have no idea what was actually in said proposal. wish I know who our investers are (not Freddie nor Fannie).

You should be in the last stage of the process. Once your case goes to the investor you should have a decision within 30-60 days..
