Copies of agreements for different banks..

If you scroll down about half way, there is one for BOA, does this look like the permanent loan modification agreement you receive?

The one from BoA is not a HAMP. Interest goes back up (to who knows what?)..

PW meant it looks like the same form but not the offer itself.

Yep, just as I said. It's a bit difficult to sort all the contracts on that link. I think I also spotted a HAMP for a different borrower.
