Does NACA always keep their appointment and call on time? - Loan Modification Forum

Our NACA phone interview was schedule for today at 1. I was looking at the NACA email again and it states 1PM EST not PST!!! I am in PST!!! They never called at 10AM PST!

Has this happened to anyone and how did you handle it? I am so disappointed. I faxed all the required documents to them before today to make sure we were ready for the interview today!

I am currently on hold with NACA right now and have 55 more minutes to wait to talk to someone.

Oh yeah it has happened to me. More than once. If you can't get through to them today, call really early - like 5 a.m. pst tomorrow. That's what I had to do to get a reasonable wait time.

Really, that happened? Oh dear, well, I have 39 minutes left on hold now. So I am staying on. But they will just schedule another interiew, right?

They will most likely schedule another interview. I don't know their wait times these days. Just make sure that you are both clear on the time differences!

Just got the call. It was 30 minutes late but I got it. I am on now....this is nerve racking!

So my counselour had to go through a shift change. So he is calling me back at 9AM tomorrow morning. Ugh!
