Anyone denied with past due

Anyone been denied with a past due balance?

The lady I spoke to on the phone a couple of months ago stated that if we were past due, they would likely add it to the back of our mortgage. Anyone ever hear of this?

They do it all the time - past due amount added to the loan amount and recapitalized.
