Yes, we got them on 9/11/2009. First payment was due 10/1 (we paid 9/24) and second payment is due 11/1 and I just made the payment this am. Yes, this is HAMP.

So..yesterday I called Neil H as I thought he was still my negotiator. But, he informed me Regina was. So, he just called me and he seemed confused as if we never had spoke....He told me he was just going through his voicemails...which I did leave him one before we spoke yesterday. He went on to tell me he was going to give me Regina's info. I informed him I had it. But, he did say it was approved and that all was well.
