I faxed all the information I had previously faxed to them with a new letter indicating my displeasure with their lack of commitment to helping homeowners looking for a modification. I cc:d the letter to my congressman and to Fannie Mae. I faxed all of this around 2:00 pm. I received a call from them at 5:30, although I wasn't home at the time but they didn't leave a message. I was so busy today at work that I didn't even get a chance to send a copy to Fannie Mae or my Congressman. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll give them a call and see what they have to say. If I don't hear anything positive, I'll be emailing the OOP. Thanks for all your help! |
