It was my understanding that my loan had to originate before January 1st of 2009 to qualify. I went through the whole questioning process only to find out I don't qualify. The reason is....When I purchased my home in Oct of 2008 my loan started with Franklin Capital. Franklin sold it to Countrywide in March of 2009. I feel like I SHOULD qualify because my loan WAS done before Jan 2009. Has anyone else ran into this. Are there any loopholes or people that will help out there? Pleas elet me know. THANKS!!!!! |

Did they rewrite the loan? Did you have to sign new documents in March of 2009? | |

The guy at B of A wouldn't even reason. He just kept repeating himself. Is there someone else I should talk to. It seems like a chore to reach anyone. Thanks for all your help everyone! |
