Cannot access workout status online today.

The workout status account info is no longer available and when I called my contact at OOP I was told they took it down because it is not accurate and that going forward I have to call (which is what I do anyway, I just don't have the fun (distraction) of checking the status that hasn't changed since 9/10.).

Till yesterday, I have been accessing the page via countrywide.com, that re-directed to a bofa page where I can login. Today when I go to countrywide.com it is re-directed to a BofA mortgage marketing page. And when I go to bofa.com I cannot create a user id with my CW acct number.

I also noted that when I log in on countrywide customer or boa site, it says they cannot pull up my info now and to call customer service. A few days ago it told me they were working on my mha mod and my documents were received 9/14/09 and not to call again till 11/16/09!
