New Negotiator - Regina Finney

Updates....

So, I called Neil H to see if he had any news since I had gotten the "Approved" message at boa.com....He said we are approved for Making Home Affordable..so that's good! But, he also told me we have been sent over to the "MHA Side" So, we have a new negotiator. Her name is Regina Finney...anyone have anything on her? I called her number 1-866-788-8495 ex: 7751 and I get a message saying "this negotiator isn't available...blah blah" and it doesn't let me leave a message it transfers me over to an automatic side. Anyone have an email or alternate number for her?

That is totally weird.. If you have already been approved there is no reason why you should have been assigned to a new negotiator..

it sounded like from what Neil said this happened quite a while ago I was just not informed of this!

That is pretty darn ridiculous they should have informed you of this right away. Hopefully when you get a hold of your new neg they will have some good news.

So..I got a hold of Regina and she told me she was actually assigned to us 9/12 (day we sent back trial mod docs) and that they have everything from us...it is MHA and to keep making trial payments.

Regina (imo) is a very nice and professional individual. I have found that she does read (my) emails, and that if I ask her to contact me, she will, although it may take a day or two.

You can call her (she is in TX). I have found it best to try in the mornings.

As I said, I truly like dealing with her, and I think you will also.

That's okay! I should have done a search of the forum before asking I did email her & she did not get back to me so I kept calling and she answered and we talked for a few minutes. She does seem real nice....although so did Susan Bain and she turned out to not be so nice! But, Regina was very helpful!
