So, I called Neil H to see if he had any news since I had gotten the "Approved" message at boa.com....He said we are approved for Making Home Affordable..so that's good! But, he also told me we have been sent over to the "MHA Side" So, we have a new negotiator. Her name is Regina Finney...anyone have anything on her? I called her number 1-866-788-8495 ex: 7751 and I get a message saying "this negotiator isn't available...blah blah" and it doesn't let me leave a message it transfers me over to an automatic side. Anyone have an email or alternate number for her? |

Here it is: regina.finney@bankofamerica.com Regina (imo) is a very nice and professional individual. I have found that she does read (my) emails, and that if I ask her to contact me, she will, although it may take a day or two. You can call her (she is in TX). I have found it best to try in the mornings. As I said, I truly like dealing with her, and I think you will also. Skipper | |
