I have a nagotiator...I think...

Finaly got a call back fron the OOP with a nagotiator Linda Lindsey @ 972-498-2537. Then 5 min later from oop and they assigned a different nagotiator for a different program they wanted to try me with. Susan Bain @ 1800 405 0078. X3611

When I call the 800 number it says it the BOA mortage counciling dpt. The ext for susan bain say mail box is full for the past 2 days...

I called her supervisor Kelly Freemen and left a message yesterday...and not contact yet.

Does this sound odd...

I really need to talk to someone as I have a nov 10th court date...

I would just continue to call and ask for another supervisor/manager. You need to get a hold of someone asap. Is your foreclosure date scheduled on the 10th?

Re: I have a nagotiator...I think...

They transferd me back to the same dpt...then after another long hold time I finally get to forclosure and they say I don't have to show up to the court date and there is not a sale date yet...I said will it took 2 months of "working" with a negotiator that I never talked to, to get a forclosure notice.

Say told me how busey the negotiators are, blah, blah, blah....So I asked what happends if I get a sale date while thet are still working on a mod...she put me on hold...next thing you know I Connie for the OOP is on the line...I explain everything to her....she puts me on hold while she checks on the status....10 min later...I get disconnected...they hung up on me...

So I guess I will just get my info together and send it in...again...

I left a message about the situation with Hiedi McKnowton in the OPP (whom I have spoken to several times)

An hour and a half of my life I'll never get back...
