Finally they gave me my negotiator name Jean Bazile

Thanks Evan for responding, they gave me a phone number that is not a toll free number, however, I tried to call her, the phone kept ringing, didn't go to a voicemail, so I was not even able to leave her a message!!!! I find this very odd! The rep told me that this was the only contact info she had for Jean Bazile!

Wee hopefully she gives you a call back soone. If not I would call in and ask to get her contact information again. Sometimes reps will accidentally give the wrong number?

I couldn't leave her a message, there was no voicemail.

I will call again and hopefully I can get her correct contact info.

I can't reach her, the phone number they gave me doesn't go to voicemail so I can't leave her a message, they won't give me any other contact info, they told that's all they have!!!

When I first got Neil H as my negotiator I was given the wrong number. So, I contacted (emailed) the first person who contacted me after contacting OOP and she returned my call within an hour with the correct number. Hope this helps!

Thanks, I will email OOP asking them to provide me with the correct contact info! I called the Home Retention team 3 times, they keep giving me the same phone number.

This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally was able to get hold of Jean Bazile, it turned out that he is not a negotiator at all, he is an underwriter, he never worked on my loan modification and he has no idea why his name was given to me!!! He researched my file to find the name of my negotiator, he was so surprised that all comments/notes didn't have the author name. The name of my negotiator was no where in my file

I called the Home Retention team..they insisted that according to the info in their system "Jean Bazile is my negotiator!!

What should I do now? I want to talk to my negotiator!

Try and call Neil H. He was my first negotiator and when I called him the other day he had to put me on a hold for a few min to locate my negotiator and their phone number...Here is his #:
