Does the Right Hand know what the Left Hand is doing?

I am soooo very frustrated! Some of you may remember my post from last week that I received a Fed Ex pkg asking for alllll the same stuff I have already sent, numerous times. Someone replied that before I fill it out and send it all back in that I should call B of A to make sure it wasn't sent in error since as of a couple weeks ago we had been assigned a negotiator and were just waiting at this point.

SO, I took that advice, called and found out that it was indeed sent in error and that they "have everything they need".

Called today for status, spoke to the same person I've been dealing with...Tony (NOT my negotiator, my negotiator I believe is a fictional character because I've yet to talk to her) and Tony said there are notes from my negotiator saying that a pkg was sent to me for more info and they are waiting for those documents before they can proceed.

I almost blew my top...I said, "WAIT A SECOND...I spoke with YOU last week, you told me that after speaking with Isela, you guys have everything you need and we are just waiting for approval or denial". He agreed that sounded contradictory and was going to look into it and call me back. His turn around time is normally 24-48 hours. You've GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.

I am so frustrated right now.

UPDATE: Tony just called me back. Apparently when he spoke with my negotiator last week she said that SHE has all she needs but she is not working on a MHA mod for me...she is looking into a regular mod for me.

The notes in the system are from the MHA (Is it MHA or HAMP??) dept saying that THEY need that packet.

For goodness sakes.
