Amanda Simcoe is my negotiator. Any input

I found out that Amanda is my "negotiator" bill collector. Even though I wrote and told a rep over the phone that I was not available by phone and they should e-mail me I got a letter that said they couldn't contact me. So I called them ( I can do that its that I'm not bay a phone during the day) i'm a drive by poster to LOL) and thats how I found out who she was. they told me that I would get a negotiator a month ago. The lady today said she just got the file.

Any info on her and what the next steps will be would be appreciated. What kind of writing or negotiations can I get into??

The "negotiators" offer nothing of value, do not expect them to help you. You'll get no updates from BAC, and will have to call lots of times.

I suspect as much. What would you consider my next step. I have your letters and contacts. I really really don't mind pissing people off. Just whatever it takes to get it done one way or another. Much as I love my place I ain't gonna caretake it.

Email your negotiator and call, I made attempts just to get the person on the phone I could put a voice tot he name and discuss my situation. However, I quickly discovered that is not the role these folks play at all.... Just a farce to keep complaints out of the OOP.

I don't have and e-mail of phone for her. It was just this lady telling e I had one. Amanda has not contacted me yet. What the heck its only been a month

OOP is short for Office of the President, which would be Barbara J. Desoer, the President of Bank of America Home Loans. After getting nowhere with the regular channels of customer service/debt collections, this is who to contact. There's no guarantee of getting a modification or getting one any faster, but someone does at least contact you.
