Very Confused, what to think - Loan Modification Forum

I was told i would get a package in the mail about two weeks ago it was through naca great package to me. But I haven't recieved it I also was told the first payment would be december 1 but on my bank of america website i noticed today it says approved and that if I don't recieve the package by dec 25 to call. But this is three weeks after my first payment was do?

Call NACA. Kevin Winn 617-250-6222 extension 1254. He is a supervisor. You will need to leave a message, but he does call back.
