Trial Payments

I am about to make my fifth payment for MHA program.I've been noticing by reading that not everyone makes the payment on the first.I know they say there is no grace period, but I was wondering when everyone here on the MHA program make their payments?

What have they been telling you? Are they reviewing your case for a permanent mod?

Re: Trial Payments

Yes, Saxon told me that my trial payments were due on the 1st, must be paid by 30th to stay in HAMP.

I paid 1st three payments on the 1st... When I got extended 2 months, I paid on the 16th (which is is my grace period with no late fee).

Still waiting for final docs...

Re: Trial Payments

the reason I've asked is it just seems all of our bills is due this week.It was a little easier with the grace period given to regular mortgage payments.I'm terrified of being late.Has anyone reveived a perm mod even when paying later than 1st?

I know I may sound crazy,I'm just scared.
