Survey email from boa

I got an email from BofA about me filling out a survey since I used their Message Center regarding paying online vs mailing a check.

It was very hard to copy the email-- so I had to hit "Select ALL".

I want a survey..... wow. That would be the most fun I had in a while. I know. It is a survey about the customer service. BUT I do have a few comments about their customer service. Ohhhdear... did you take the survey?

Yea ME too maybe I should try the message area...I hate BOA I have a Loan there and they are making my Fixed simple personal Loan as of 02/2010 an adjustable Loan, thats the Biggest RIP I ever heard of..Imagine if they move all our fixed Mortgages to Adjustable Loans..Hahahaha...Jwwz an whiz

Of course I took the survey!

It had us rate on a scale of 1-10 about the service and my question being answered. I gave them high marks for that because their response was timely and it answered my question thoroughly--------

Somewhere it asked about the oVERALL satisfaction and I gave it the lowest mark.

They also has another box for "other comments" and I told them I was very unhappy about the process for loan mods. I also said I was tired of talking to people in India who didn't have a clue and that this process was nothing but a big runaround.

I should have copied and pasted my comments BEFORE i hit "submit"

I will remember to do this next time.
