Well, I have contacted every possible person through email at Bank of America in the past week and have receievd no results. I am now re-sending my emails this week and am copying in all the locals news stations here in Rochester as well as all senators for NYS as well as the Banking department, Hud, and the Attorney general. It's time to start setting up class action lawsuits to see if we can sht down Bank of America.

That is an excellent idea and I would personally love to see the results of your efforts.

Hello nm. Welcome. Here is a link to some contact information for BOA. Most here have emailed barbara desoer and had results. It seems the key is to get a "negotiator" assigned to your file. Keep us posted. We will help you.

I just got my FedEx package in he mail for my trial mod, I also received 8 phone calls from different people at Bank of America apologizing to me.

So everyone knows, if you are not getting responses then you should start emailing them and cc everyone you can think of, the attorney general, all news channels, hud, the compliance officer for fannie mae/freddie mack, housing authority in your area, the more people you include the better. It's called "outing" the rats at Bank of America.
