2% fixed modification

I keep hearing on the news here is Las Vegas, that people left the NACA seminar this weekend with 2% fixed rate loans if they were from Countrywide...I thought BOA bought Countrywide...

Who is getting these 2% loans?

nope I didn't get 2% fixed...I got like whatever NACA affordable mortgage proposal....and there was no paper or anything...I don't know if they would keep their words

It has more to do w/your investor. I know BankofNY is 'famous' for their 2% mods around here.
