do they send us a payment coupon? - Loan Modification Forum

hey everyone we received our mod agreement docs,signed and notorized them and sent them back. they added all missed payments to the principal at 2% for the life of the loan thanks to naca.my question is, it says my first payment is due Dec.1 so are they gonna send a bill or statement or coupon for dec payment or do i just send it myself to the address in Simi Valley Ca.?

can i ask u was that first proposal from naca you recieved or did you have to deny first one? Congrats!!

i took the first proposal im not gonna take anymore chances in waiting again. i dont think they can do better than 2% so i just accepted it.came about 400 dollars more than naca proposed but thats because of the missed payments.

congrats chow!! my payment is also due on dec 1st. i believe they will send a statement and payment coupon after they recalculate the tax in october. i am waiting for it myself.

It took a couple of months before we started to recieve a statement in the mail again. I would definately make sure you get them the payment in time. Keep an eye on your online account and they should release the online payment system quicker so you can make a payment online. If you send it to them without a statement make sure you send it certified with signature required so you have proof they got it!

Oh BTW CONGRATS!!! 2% is great and the best I have seen here, can't do much better than that!

Stress'd you know by now you can't trust BOA at all!! Make sure you croos all your T's and dot your I's so these idiots don't find something else to screw up.....

We just made our 4th payment on our MOD @ 2% fixed for life and all seems well. They have finally made all the changes on our online account to reflect the agreement including our escrows for taxes and insurance. We are now getting regular statements but make all payments online which is nice because I can schedule it ahead of time to be taken on whatever date I need. Good Luck to all!

mgallant and stressedout, congrats on your mods i hope it works out for all of us. to much worrying is not good for us,so if we dont get a statement or coupon for payment we should go ahead and mail it to them? which address is that u think,the 400 countrywide way,simi valley address?
