Call from Mercy - Loan Modification Forum

So I received a call from Mercy, we have a negotiator Jennifer Gonzales

Mercy said Jennifer will be going over my file and call back in 48 hours. I have a pay option arm which I have not paid in 11 months and a heloc (also behind) that was with countrywide but was sold to Real time resolutions after my bankruptcy. My question is, after reading hours at this forum, does going to the OOP make any difference? I really need a principal reduction especially after the pay option minamum payment and not paying for 11 months. I was laid off for 4 months so it was helpful not having a house payment. Any advice from anyone please!!

I have in my hands right now a loan modification through regular home retention that was nothing!!!! reduced interest for 3 years with a higher payment and than back to original and all payments tacked on the back end. I owe 367,000 with the two loans on a house in Michigan worth maybe 275000.

Going through the OOP will only expedite things a little and brings issues to their attention that they may have missed otherwise.

As far as principle reductions, that just is not happening at the moment

Has anyone gotten a good modification ? I thought the AG lawsuit would happen I live in Michigan I have a pay option arm where are those deals?

HI,,, I did received too a call from Mercy.. ARe talking about Mercy CAmou from Bank Of America. Do you know by any change her phone and extension ?,, Could you please posted here if you can.
