New statement from BAC - Loan Modification Forum

Sooooooooooo I go to the mailbox and low and behold...theres a statement from BAC for my 1st mortgage (haven't received one in about 17 mo being foreclosure) payment due Oct 1 its Oct 6. Went to save the dream event last Sat. got approval for a mod. Have NOT received docs yet....the minimum payment is NOT the agreed on payment....WTF??? I am SO sick of all the B.S.!!!!!!!!! I emailed David Leighton hopefully he'll call or email back...I do NOT have the strength to call BAC and get the run-a-round. Anybody have any ideas???

Good Luck! I have left 3 messages and one email with David since his promotion and he has not called back...

Yes, it was me who said to call Jonathan Murphy on another thread. He called me back pretty quickly, where the other guy never called at all.
