They told me my new payment was 1271 and that i they had taken the first trial payment out of my suspense account and that the next payment i only needed to pay 650 because there was money left also she said took check gave me confirmation and said package will be here 30 to 60 days and to keep making my payment. Thank God my mom took my kids because i can't I told them i'm going to try to get that tape from hud counselor and i'm going to sue the hell out of them what else do i have to lose i am going to lose my house what apartment is going to take us with five kids |

Try to focus on the positive right now. You have 5 kids that need their mom. I know how hard it is and us mothers have to set aside our own feelings and swallow our hurt and sadness and anger and put on that happy face and be the rock for our kids. Take a deep breath and play some empowering music (I like "eye of the tiger" to get me in the right frame of mind). You are a one woman wrecking machine and you are going to make things right to the best of your ability. I cannot guarantee anyone success as each person's loan and situation is as different as each individual person is. But what I can do is offer you emotional support and encouragement. Do what you must, but don't let them defeat your spirit. You are a strong and willful woman...stay strong and stay focused. It will be okay. |

Please try and do that. And by the way, I would lease one of my properties (property manager) to you with 5 kids. Please don't worry about that right now. It seems you made progress when you had NACA on your side. It might be a good idea to get them back. I have been where you are. Crying, blaming myself for getting my family into this situation and having a terrible pity party for myself. When I was finished, I thought that maybe that is exactly what the bank is trying to do. Wear me down. Make me give up. Why if I give up, it is less work for them, right? Is your new payment 31% of your gross income? Will that payment work? Be tough. Get mad. Then direct your anger in the direction that will produce the most positive results. YOU CAN DO IT! |

I don't really have any constructive advice, but want to say - GET MAD AND FIGHT!!!! I didn't know how to fight in time, and my house is gone now. You have the whole wealth of this forum at your fingertips. YOU HAVE TO DO IT FOR YOURSELF - they've already proven they're not in it to help you. Good luck! |

First and Foremost - you must take care of yourself and your family. Do not compromise your health or well being. You should also have documentation of funds being moved to cover MHA payment, which may put them in a position of being liable for allowing you to continue with the program since money has already been accepted. Take a day off - relax with your family, renew your energies - take up the fight again a different day. |

I have the confirmation number the lady gave me. I also hope that the woman from hud will back me she said that she is having it escalated i've heard that before. I am going to keep fighting i am just so disappointed and I guess I just needed to get that out because I don't talk to my kids about this of course and thats why i am so mad because they did see me cry it was the first time through these months that i really broke down. I am on hold with naca and i hope they don't make me start the whole process again. I need to know if there is a high up number at naca that anyone knows. I know we will keep fighting I won't let them have my home after busting my tail all the time to make this house right no way. But I will really have to figure this out also they didn't offer me anything close the 31% if they did i wouldn't be complaining they offered me what i pay now just ten dollars less its a joke we spent all winter in nj with no heat NJshares said my husband didn't make enough and liheap said he made to much So i guess here we go again Please don't be upset with me that I am having a melt down Can't we do something how could they twist things and lie and get away with it we not |

But I know how it is, we'll have an OK day, then a really sh!tty one. I had a bad one yesterday. I was getting really sharp pains in my chest, I was nervous, sick to my stomach, but then calmed down when I was on here and had the nice encouraging words from others who are going through the same thing. Wish I can offer help, but I need it myself. Hang in there. We're all here together. |

From what I was told, they cannot cancel NACA unless NACA sends the cancellation from the borrower. They (BofA) are "per contract" with NACA supposed to ignore (disregard) all communication verbal and written from the borrower and have all communication be re-routed through NACA. There are many like myself included that got a MOD (Not the NACA proposal) from BofA and never dropped NACA. You are NACA's client....they are like your backbone with the lender. When BofA offered me my mod (Not the NACA solution) I told BofA to send the proposal to NACA and I would have NACA accept it. I wanted to always keep NACA in the loop. Get ahold of NACA and fax them or upload a letter stating that you still want the NACA solution and have no intention of cancelling the NACA solution through your lender. Then call NACA and make sure they update your file and send BofA a request for update. They won't do it unless you tell them too! Good Luck!! Cassie |

You said that you asked your servicer to send it to naca the proposal so how was it that they spoke to you because they won't say anything to me and also i was wondering if you have David L. email Thanks alot |

I would call and say things like..."Isn't Julie McDaniel my negotiator?". Some reps would say, no we can't give you that information....then the next time I would call, I would say, "Isn't Lisa Tuttle my negotiator?". I finally got someone who slipped up and gave me her name. Then I kept calling back until I found out who her supervisor was. I would say..."isn't Steve Jones my negotiator's supervisor?" Prod them to death. Act like you know more than you are supposed to as far as who your negotiator is. Tell them you lost the number for your negotiators supervisor, and ask them for it. Some customer service reps Per my negotiator, the only reason she called me was because I got ahold of her supervisor and she was shocked that I had got that far. It is persistence. Use lots of sugar and gain the persons sympathy and compasion. Say thank you A LOT!!! Even if you are laying it on heavy and it is fake as the plastic backing up your credit card!! You can try David Leighton, but he doesn't return any calls anymore. I haven't talked to him since he got promoted in the end of August. Good Luck, Cassie |

Mink - have you tried calling Pamela Preciado (800-669-2443 x5105) in OOP or Anna Corder (972-526-6712) in OOC yet? Both are supposed to be customer advocates - your negotiator's name shouldn't be a secret. |

Anna Corder is who called me after the Phoenix email blast a few weeks back, and on Monday I received a FedEx package with a letter signed by her. No idea if she can move things along, but can't hurt to contact everybody we can! |
