Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

I am almost sure that CW legal department reads everything that is written in this page everyday. Everytime I put a new tread, I notice that CW gets a lot harder with me. I got to the point that loan modification is real and this is just a way to lie to us so we keep giving more money to the banks to pay for the legal fees to evict us from our homes. Forberance is a joke! We need a principal reduction. I am from NV and my home is 80% underwater. Why keep it? We all should start to protest on youtube and tape every conversation with CW over the phone. Something needs to be done. They are stealing our homes, dreams, money and our taxes (bail out money). This people are not doing us a favor. We all paid for the banks to mod. our loan with the bail out money. CONTRYWIDE/BOA: IF YOU ARE READING THIS I WISH ONE DAY YOUR BANK GOES BANKRUPTCY AND DISAPEAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HUMAN BEING. THEN EVERY BUILDING OWNED BY YOU BE DESTROYED WITH THE POWER OF THE MOTHER NATURE. EVERY PRESIDENT OR MAJOR INVESTOR OR OWNER OF YOUR BANK WILL DIE FROM A TERRIBLE DISEASE. IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND YOU WORK FOR BOA , YOU WILL LOSE YOUR VISION AND BURN IN HELL WITH ALL YOUR FAMILY.

Re: Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

If the old saying is true that you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar, would it make common sense for BAC to be providing these loan modifications? If good faith effort was a practice of BAC, I would be so much more responsive to, I don't know, maybe letting my customers know (i am a realtor) that a good choice for financing their purchase would be BAC? Maybe others would follow suit. If a good deed is done, for example, the bank actually offering permanent modifications, would more customers be more inclined to pay their BOA credit cards? If BAC continues their inexcusable bad behavior, I do believe they will be their own demise.

Re: Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

I don't know about y'all, but on my local tv network, I've seen a new ad for B of A which is touting their mortgage loan products. They offer a variety of mortgage terms, personalized customer service, refinancing, and all sorts of good stuff. HOW IN THE HECK CAN THEY EVEN THINK OF TAKING ON ANY NEW LOANS WHEN THEY CAN'T EVEN SERVICE THE ONES THEY HAVE? B of A is not even my lender, and I'm repulsed by this new ad campaign. I wouldn't have a B of A credit card or bank account right now for all the tea in China.

Re: Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

When BoA took over my Countrywide loan, I was bombarded with mail regarding how great their mortgage products were.

I called regarding these great products, but they couldn't do anything for me because I didn't have any equity and I wasn't looking to sell and purchase other home.

I also think that they didn't adequately prepare themselves for the onslaught of CW crap they purchased. BUT, NEWSFLASH - help out the jobless rate - hire a few people, train a few people, train proper customer service, and follow through with the committments you say you have to the MHA program (or change your wording to MHA Refi only)

I was just thinking the exact same thing about Chase and their recently disclosed profits.

Hey Chase, if you are reading this then why not take some of those profits and hire some more people to help you deal with the onslaught of loan mod requests. Your company has admitted that it does not have adequate staff to deal with the volume. It would certainly give you some much needed good PR in addition to the good PR your company would get out of actually getting some permanent mods done.

I hope they are watching, and reading. Hopefully they are learning from this forum. TO BAC: I am going to continue to complaint about your company daily. I will not go away. I will continue to contact my state senators and my congressman, daily. I will not go away. I will continue to contact my negotiator to find out the status of my loan modification. I will not go away. I will continue to file complaints with the OCC. I will not let them forget about me. I will not go away. I will continue to inquire with the BBB about the status of my complaint against you. I will not go away. I will continue to monitor the status of my complaint against you with the attorney general. I will not go away. I will continue to ascertain status of my complaint against your noncompliance of Fannie mae guidelines lodged with the MHA compliance. I will not go away. I will fight until you abide by the President's Making Home Affordable plan. I will not go away.

Re: Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

Native - could you (or anyone) give me a brief overview of contacting your senators/congressmen? What did you put in your letter? And is there anyone else I can contact to bring press to our situation?

We are not unique, but just got run over by WF. Our auction is today, so it's too late to try to stop that - but I found this forum too late, and I am outraged that this is happening to so many people. While it's too late to save our home, I'd still like to let everyone I can know that I am someone this happened to - and to look at what Wells Fargo is doing to people.

Re: Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

cleach - when writing to your elected officials, tell them your story. Please tell them as a constituent and taxpayer, you demand that these big banks be held accountable for taking billions of taxpayer dollars under the guise that they would in turn help homeowners keep their homes. THEY ARE NOT HELPING AMERICANS KEEP THEIR HOMES. (I am terribly sorry for you/your situation. My heart broke when I read your post.) Unfortunately, you are a perfect example of this broken system. I believe the President's intent was good, however and as usual, the people who took the money, that's right I am taking about you Skank of America, found out a way not to abide by their agreement and keep the money. A simple offering of $1,000 incentive to the banks for a successful completion of a modification is laughable. Legislation needs to be changed and it needs changed now. Instead of all the "mays" and "cans" written in the regulations, it must be changed to "MUST" and "WILL". Severe penalties imposed for noncompliance. Until the legislation is changed, the housing market will continue to decline and in turn create a abundance of foreclosures and unemployment. We need to hold our politicians accountable for writing these crappy regulations and unless something is done about it, we need to let these politicians know that we will make a difference. We will vote them out of office come election day. Andrew - thanks. Glad the folks at the OOP have nothing better to do. Sounds like good time management to me. Now I know why people aren't getting calls back. It's not like there are millions of homeowners who need assistance with modifications.

native, thank you, even though that post was to cleach. I will do the same. I already wrote to my congresswoman who did absolutely NOTHING but send Skank of America (love that!) a letter saying they are working with me. Your posts are great and I appreciate them.

cleach is on a distinguished road
Re: Maybe the banks read all the things we write in this site

Thanks so much Native. I'm going to begin working on this tomorrow. I just want people to know - HEY, PEOPLE ARE GETTING RUN OVER - people who are good, honest people. This is happening to decent people, we are not just all deadbeats, you know?

Thanks again!

Be really careful what you say in this site because we are being watched by those scumbags from BOA. We all should get together and find a way to protest somewhere else. How about we start a meeting someone or internet meeting? We could all get together and go protest about how BOA lie lie and lie. We should go protest. Protest on Youtube will be fun.

Can you get some people together in Vegas because I don't know anyone. I will protest with you. Are you going to the NACA even this weekend? Maybe we can meet up.
