Don't know if it means they asked that my late payments on my credit report get taken out or what, and the letter says it'll take average of 60 days for the agencies to complete the adjustment, so guess checking my report won't help right now. Anyone else received a letter like this? |

That would be great! I haveheard stories were the lender wouls send a letter to all of the credit agencies requesting to remove the late marks from their credit scores. I'm not sure if they were sent letters like this or not.. Good luck and keep us posted!

This letter/form can get the CBR updated in 5 business days. You would have to call BOA OOTP and request them to update your CBR using the UDF form. They may try to charge you to use this service, but if they reported you in error to the bureaus they should do this at no charge. Be the Squeeky wheel...... |

It starts out saying "Your request has been processed,", but all it says is a "request for credit report adjustment" related to my mortgage installments. pyeatpr - I'll try your suggestion. Thanks. Will keep everyone posted! |
