Has anyone had success or is having success with Refinancing through Bank of America/countrywide for Phase 1 or Phase 2? If so, please share briefly?

I was able to get a mod in phase 1 w/ Countrywide. it was a crappy step interest rates modification, I'm now looking for a more permanent solution with BOA.

Is the Obama modification a recourse or non recourse loan?
