barbara deseor - replying to emails

has anyone ever actually gotten a direct response from Barbara when sending her emials.
every email i send ends up going to an assist , who calls, and i can not seem to get any satisfaction.

this entire program is a big joke. the banks have their own internal rules, and are not willing to modify. the banks want everything figured off gross, and then when told to contact the hud agencies, they try to figure everything off net, so you end up being negative off net, which you already know, and than hud advises short sales, , so why do banks wnat to figure off gross, they are not willing to help at all. they are all crooks, and now i am very dissapointed with the obama plan, it is all hype , and i believe the govt wants everyone to fail

I just get replies from the dept. None of the "biggies" read those emails...and if they do...they still send them off to be answered by someone in their dept. Its unfortunate. Although I'm sure they get tons of emails and it would be a full time job for just one person to answer them all...

I have been writing to the bigwigs at Indy Mac/One West, and they forward all the correspondence to their clerks. I want the bigwigs to help me, which they have the power to do. I don't need Kristen Mclain and Brandy whoever telling me that "they reviewed my account, and there's nothing they can do for me". No kidding, they don't have the authority to help me, but Terry Laughlin DOES, among other VP's there at Indy/One West. The banks are all the same. They are too busy to help the people who keep them in business.

lucky, glad you are here. I do not believe any of us received an email or call from Barbara. However, by contacting her directly, we have made progress almost immediately whereas it took months for others to get help by calling a worthless 800 number.
We are all frustrated homeowners attempting to get our loans modified. We too are sick of the bank's crappy customer service issues in helping us get our loan modifications. We have banned together to fight not only the banks but the government. Since we are so sick of this, the only way to make a difference is at legislative levels. That means voting the politicians out who are not acting for the people. Please read the threads on this forum and you will see that we are all coming together for one reason. We are power in numbers. We certainly welcome you here and hope that you will let us help you if we can.

let me know which bandwagon to get on, and i will do it.

i cant believe that it seems that everyone is in cahoots. they advise you to call naca, i have called , emialed several times, cant get any response back from them either, need the id # they gave originally so i can finish application.

i just dont get it, attorney generals office doesnt respond to phone calls, naca doesnt respons, hud is not very helpful, maybe everyone needs to just go public to all the radio stations and newspapers.

ok, the original customer service advoctate just called, and told me that barbara deseor does not read her emails, that they are forwarded to the customer service advocate dept for reveiw, they do not want me to continue to email barbara deseor, because whatever mr whitehead told me will not change the outcome by going to barbara.

and now they are insisting that whatever information is on the website, do not pay attention to this, because it is up to each investor to decide, and b of a internal guidelines are based off what the investor will do, not them, they never told me this, but are insisting they did, and they state that the investors will not take any phone calls, you are basically out of luck, dead in the water, what a farse
