A few changes on BoA site...

I notice that there are now three links by workout information. I clicked on the one that states "Financial Information Worksheet" and it reads this:

We received your Financial Information Worksheet on 09/12/2009. This information will be kept on file for 30 calendar days. After our review process, you will receive a result of the assessment via United States postal mail. Access to this page is disabled until 10/12/2009.

If you have had a change in your financial status since submitting the Financial Information Worksheet, please contact us at 1.800.669.6650. Otherwise, you will receive your evaluation results as quickly as they are available. Thank you!

Also, I was one of the many canceled in error modifications before starting trial period and it had always had my old status as well as the new one up and the old seems to be taken away. It does state that they should have more information regarding mod by 10/8. We will see what happens in the next four days.

Re: A few changes on BoA site...

I'm glad to see BOA trying to be more transparent on their website. I didn't have to call for a change about my re-submitted docs. They posted on the website right away, that was a relief. They show a submission date of 10-2 for me which is exactly what I was told over the phone and said I should be receiving a fed-ex in the next 15 to 30 days. They also told me my foreclosure date was stopped and I am not in foreclosure anymore, this is a very good sign. My hopes are high right now, I think this may work out after all.

Garry..I'm glad to hear that, but I don't think they are that organized yet, mine still says there is no workout program associated with this account , when I click the financial information worksheet link, I get a link to apply for a loan modification. Keep in mind that I already made 2 trial payments..

Ya, they still have some work to do for sure, but it's nice to see they're moving in the right direction. I wouldn't worry about what yours says, just stick with the program and everything should work out fine. My account was never even close to correct until after I made my third payment.
