On Friday I got a call from a woman named Mercy who said we would now be working with the executive office. I had received a bad modification for our Pay option arm and was asking for a new one. She said a new negotiator would be calling me on Monday or Tuesday. What can I expect at this time and that do I need to be aware of, if anyone has any advice? Will this office be any different than any other? Help |

Some are easier to reach or more responsive than others, but it beats waiting around for no one particular from customer service to contact you. I can't guarantee what they will come up with, but be honest about your situation and they will try to do what they can if they can. Good luck! |

Just be prepared. Everything will go smoothly. |
