email to Barbara Desoer

I sent an email to Barbara Desoer office on Wednesday of last week. On Friday I got a call from a woman named Mercy who said we would now be working with the executive office. I had received a bad modification for our Pay option arm and was asking for a new one. She said a new negotiator would be calling me on Monday or Tuesday. What can I expect at this time and that do I need to be aware of, if anyone has any advice? Will this office be any different than any other? Help

Re: email to Barbara Desoer

The plus side is you'll be working directly with a negotiator. Some are easier to reach or more responsive than others, but it beats waiting around for no one particular from customer service to contact you. I can't guarantee what they will come up with, but be honest about your situation and they will try to do what they can if they can. Good luck!

Re: email to Barbara Desoer

have all of your paperwork together. make sure you know your gross and net income, monthly expenses, current monthly mortgage payment, taxes, insurance. nature of your hardship. it is important to be honest. you will have to submit bank statements, w-2s, paystubs so this paperwork will document the figures you tell them. Just be prepared. Everything will go smoothly.
