My question to you is how long should I wait for a response before I take this issue to another avenue for help such as BBB, or Florida Atty General, etc? Thanks for any info! |

I would move forward with filing complaints. The complaint process with AG, BBB, etc. is a long one. I would guess there are a lot of people with complaints right now. If the problem is resolved and the BBB and AG contact you, you can let them know it has been resolved. |
