I got similar result with BOA too when BPO price is little bit lower . Actually i had really bad feel about this NPV test, hope Friends here can suggest goverment change it if they really want to save house market. 1. it benefit to bank more, think borrower less. borrower invest plenty downpayments , why so easy let them do"short sale". goverment should do more for borrower, not only for bank 2. it is only consider first loan, didn't incldue second loan when caculate forclosure, if first loan is not under water, hard to pass. govermnent only benefit fist bank, forgot second bank is their favorite too. thanks! huz |
