Has anyone begun the process of modifying their HELOC/2nd mortgage under this program?

I am about to take the plunge!

Last info I have is no servicers have signed up for the 2MP program and Treasury is trying to change it to have more incentives.

Some are doing inhouse deals it seems

Wishing you the best of luck skipper, I'm hoping to be right behind you soon. Keep us posted as you go. P.S. I think the banks signed on to the 2mp program long before it existed.

I've talked to two banks about the 2mp program and neither denied participation.
