Reda & Associates, an independent consulting firm. Mr. Lewis also will walk away with $81.6 million in stock and other compensation that he accumulated over his career, the analysis found. This isn't right.

I guess if the door does hit him in the @ss on the way out, it's a-okay! This just makes me sick! |

If they cannot do this, they do control the IRS and can impose severe penalties for an income that is excessive. Of course the tax code would have to be written to be sure there were no loop holes. It is possible. Just not probable. |
